It is a cooking method that food is soaked in the heated water at a calculated temperature for a certain period of time after being isolated from the air. Under this circumstance, food will release the most monosodium glutamate at a suitable temperature, retaining its original flavor, texture and nutrition. Hence, in order to tenderize the chicken breast, we need to cook it at a relatively low temperature while keeping it safe to eat.
 
We can marinate the meat with salt, black pepper, garlic, lemon, olive oil or other ingredients in advance. Pickled chicken breast can be directly placed in the vacuum sealer bag if there is no extra liquid. Or we had better marinate it for a few hours before sealing until a little liquid is not left in the bag. Then set the temperature of the sous vide cooker at 64
℃ - 66, and put the bag into the machine for about 1.5-2 hours according to the thickness of the chicken breast. In this way, chicken breast is tender and juicy with an excellent taste.
