Roast Chicken

Roast Chicken

If steak and silver pout are dishes for couples, this roast chicken is perfect for a gathering of friends. The highlight of this dish is the puree on the chicken.

Preparation: a whole chicken, apples, carrots, onions, bell peppers and potatoes

Steps:
  • Chop apples, carrots, onions, and potatoes.
  • Stuff the chicken with the chopped fruits and vegetables and seal the chicken ass with a toothpick.
  • After preheating the oven at a temperature of 180°c for 7 minutes, put the chicken breast on the tray of the oven. Brush the surface of the chicken with a layer of olive oil. Bake the chicken at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Then, take it out and turn it over. Continue to bake for 10 minutes.
  • After roasting, take out the chicken. Unseal the chicken and remove the puree. Wrap the chicken in tinfoil and let it rest for some time.
  • Put the puree into the baking tray again. Add a little water and salt, and put it in the oven again. Cook it for several minutes. Then, take it out and mash it; spread it over the roast chicken

Since there are fruits and vegetables in the chicken, the inside is full of moisture and the skin becomes crispy after roasting. If you can't eat up the chicken, you can use a vacuum sealer to seal the remaining and put it in the fridge, so that it won't spoil easily.
