Raw materials of western food: fruits


Fruit is one of the indispensable foods in western food. It can not only be used for raw food but also used to make various dishes, such as fruit salad, apple steak and so on. Commonly used fruits include apples, lemons, pineapples, pears, peaches, strawberries and cherries. 
 
1. Lemons
Lemon is a tropical plant. It has oval shapes, with skin similar to that of an orange, but thicker. It has a nice smell. Its juice is extremely sour. It is widely used as a seasoning in Western cuisine. A lemon can also be cut into slices and put in black tea to make lemon tea. Lemon tea is sweet and sour, appetizing and healthy, and Westerners generally like to eat it.
 
2. Strawberries
A strawberry is a herbaceous plant, shaped like a big mulberry. It is pink and its skin is thin. It is sweet, and sour and has abundant juice. Strawberries are mainly eaten raw, and can also be made into strawberry jam. The cream strawberry is common to be seen. Remove the leaves of the strawberry. Wash the strawberry, and then put it into a tall glass. Add the cream mixed with sugar.
