Loosestrife with Wulong Tea


Ingredients
200g of loosestrife, 2 cherry tomatoes, 3 grams of salt, 500 grams of purified water, 1 fresh lemongrass, 5 grams of Wulong tea and 10 ml of olive oil
 
Steps
1. Wash the loosestrife and cut it into small pieces.
2. Cut the lemongrass into several sections and put it into a blender. Take it out and wrap it well with white gauze for later use.
3. Heat the pan. Pour olive oil and add loosestrife. Stir-fry it until there is a nice smell. Add Wulong tea, lemongrass, purified water and salt, and cook slowly for 10 minutes on low heat.
4. Put the loosestrife on a plate. Pour the soup and tea, and add cherry tomatoes as decoration.
 
Taste
The light aroma of lemongrass and Wulong tea slowly blends into the dish.
