How to Make Roasted Ribs with Vacuum Seal Bags?
Today's recipe:
Roasted ribs with garlic, marinated in a
sealed bag, fragrant to the bones.
Ingredients:
800g ribs, 60g minced garlic, 15g soy sauce, 30g oyster sauce, 5g sugar, 10g oil, appropriate amount of millet pepper, appropriate amount of chives and sesame.
Practice:
1. Wash the ribs, add 2/3 of minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar, and marinate for more than 3 hours.
* Because oyster sauce and soy sauce have salty taste, it is unnecessary to add salt for people with light taste. For people who have strong taste, add a little salt as appropriate.
2. Put tinfoil on the baking tray with marinated ribs on it. Put 10g of oil in the remaining 1/3 of garlic and pour it evenly on the ribs. Seal with tinfoil and bake in the oven at 230℃ for 25 minutes.
3. Open the tinfoil and continue baking for about 15 minutes until the surface is colored and the moisture is dried out.
4. Sprinkle millet pepper, chopped green onion and sesame according to personal taste before eating.
