1) How accurate is the temperature of the machine?
When choosing a suitable sous-vide cooker, we should first consider the function of precise control of temperature. In the spirit of being practical and realistic, in daily use, slow cooking at low temperature doesn't need the accuracy of temperature error range from 0.1 to 0.5 (unless you take part in the Kitchen God Competition or write a food science paper). The data can be obtained only by doing product testing without putting in it a food bag.
As for the products of our factory, the basic standard is that the temperature can be stably controlled within the set range for a long time with an error range of about 1 degree Celsius. For example, when the temperature is set at 60℃, the actual temperature is kept between 59 to 60 or 60 to 61.
2) Can the pan of the machine be separated, taken out, and cleaned?
The inner pot can't be taken out separately, knowing that if it can be taken out, it is like a rice cooker, and the temperature measurement will not be accurate. To measure the temperature accurately and control the heating switch in time, the heating element and temperature sensor must be close to the back of the pot body. And with an ultrasonic model, the vibrating head is stuck to the bottom of the pot, so it can't be taken out. Don't worry about cleaning, because they are all washed with clean water, just pouring water into them and then drying them.
Even if it is an oversize sous-vide cooker, its pan body is made of welded stainless steel plate according to the customized size, which is the same as all of our machines. The inner pan is complete and there is no heating pipe in it. The heating element does not contact the food in the pot at all, which is safe, durable and easy to clean. The 6-liter machine and the water in the pot only weigh about 9 kg, so it is not difficult to lift and pour water. Machines with a capacity of 10 liters and above are equipped with a drainage system at the factory.
The inner pot is a complete food-grade stainless steel pot, which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion, having no chemical relationship with food materials, and is safe and durable.
