Bruschetta

Bruschetta


Bruschetta is one of the classic dishes in Italian cuisine, and fresh tomatoes, basil, black olives and garlic are used.
 
Ingredients
(1) 1 to 2 ciabatta bread
(2) 2 to 3 tomatoes
(3) Two cloves of garlic
(4) 3 to 4 black olives
(5) 50ml of edible oil 
(6) Some fresh basil
(7) Appropriate amount of Baume fine-grained sea salt
(8) Appropriate amount of Baume black peppercorns
 
Cooking steps
1. Slice the ciabatta into thin slices.
2. Blanch the tomatoes; peel and cut them into cubes. Slice black olives.
3. Peel the garlic cloves. Cut a clove of garlic and rub it on the ciabatta slices. Chop remaining garlic cloves.
4. Put the chopped tomatoes and garlic in a bowl, and add a tablespoon of olive oil, sea salt, and Baume black peppercorns.
5. Add olive oil and bake in the oven or fry on a pan until there is golden brown.
6. Put the tomatoes, olives and basil leaves on the bread.
